Daniel’s full-time gig is Manager of Growth at Virtuwell (owned by HealthPartners), a 24/7 online clinic that provides affordable and accessible care to humans across 13 states for their everyday healthcare needs. In addition, Daniel is also Principal and Founder of their own consultancy / freelance shop–Hello Dandelion LLC.

They currently serve on the Coordinating and Mobilization team for SURJ Northland, an anti-racist community group partnering with BIPOC-led organizations on local racial justice initiatives.
